We want you to love your products as much as we do, so please chose carefully as we do NOT offer a refund for change of mind or a swap once the product has been shipped or left the store.
Refunds will be offered only if your item is faulty on arrival. A refund request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the faulty product. Any request outside of this time frame will be denied.
If a refund has been granted shipping costs will be deducted from your refund as they are non refundable. The faulty item must be returned in the same condition it you received it.
We do not offer refunds for sale or clearance items.
